Please be sure that you are entering your 5-digit Member Number in the "Username" field, and your four-digit Password in the "Password" field of the pop-up box. Your member number can be found on the front of your Threshold card, or in the materials you were given when you joined. Your four-digit password is printed at the top of the letter you received with your card in the mail. Also, please check the expiration date on your Threshold card to make sure that your membership has not expired. (If it has, fill out a Membership Renewal form.)
If you are sure that your membership is current, you have entered your member number in the pop-up box (and your four-digit password in the password box), and you still can't get in, then please send an email to The Threshold Webmaster. Please include your membership name, membership number (or any other information we can use to verify your Threshold identity), and please send the mail from your registered email address. Upon verification of membership, you will be granted access (usually with 24 hours).
