How to tie a knot 2.0
This is an introduction to basic rope bondage. In this workshop we briefly explore the history of the art of bondage as well, we will discuss various physical, physiological, and emotional aspects of what rope bondage does. We will start with learning the simplest wraps and ties from the overhand to the square knot. We will learn how to develop the muscle memory it takes to complete more intricate ties. You will be taught how to tie safely, effectively and simply.
Throughout this workshop, participants will learn simple arm and leg wraps, quick harnesses and simple restraint ties as well as ties that are pretty to look at.
From the most basic and simple ties, you will learn how those few ties can be changed and used in different ways. The end result should be the participants ability to prepare a strong foundation for advanced tying and techniques, while providing a short list of easy, safe and effective ties that you can use in most situations.
### Workshop participants should bring two or more 25- 30’ lengths of rope and a partner to tie.
